In our two-day digital workshop on agile process management, we introduce you to the agile framework Scrum and apply the knowledge in an industry-oriented use case.
In the first part of the workshop, we explain the basic concept behind the Scrum collaboration method, working in so-called sprints, conducting dailies, retrospectives, and applying the different roles of the method. We also dive into different problem-solving strategies and explain the difference between waterfall and agile methodology in project management.
The second part of the workshop is organized like a Scrum project. In this part, you apply the principles of self-organization in a cross-functional team. In different teams, you work in different Scrum roles and learn to apply the basic elements of Scrum. Based on a tourism industry-oriented use case, you follow the Scrum framework to analyze a fictitious business problem and to design a solution, taking advantage of artificial intelligence.
Learning Objectives: 1. Introduction to agile process management and the agile framework Scrum, 2. Training in basic principles of agile work and self-organization in cross-functional teams, 3. Design of a solution based on an industry-oriented use case
