This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with the skills and insights needed to effectively manage diversity within intercultural teams. 
Participants will explore the dynamics of cultural differences, communication styles, and varying work approaches that often arise in diverse teams. Through a blend of theoretical framework, real-world case studies and group discussions, attendees will learn strategies for fostering inclusion, enhancing collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
