FHGR promotes a culture of respect in dealings
with others and does not tolerate any form of physical or psychological
harassment or discrimination.
The “Policy for cases of sexual harassment, bullying
and discrimination at the workplace and while studying” governs the
process in instances of sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination
and explains the possible courses of action available to those affected.
Information and advice
Employees and students who feel they have been
subject to bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment can contact an
internal person of trust in a first step. He or she will offer the
affected person advice and information about possible further courses of
action and provide them with support where necessary. The person of
trust is bound to professional discretion.
